Find Food! ("the app", "we", "us") is operated by IbiPoint Ltd ("IbiPoint"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Find Food!. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or older.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. You may sign in with email, Apple, or Google. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You keep ownership of the photos and content you post. By posting, you grant IbiPoint a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content within the app and its related promotion, for as long as you keep it posted. You confirm that:
Every post is reviewed before it appears, and we may decline, remove, or edit content that breaks these Terms or that we judge unsuitable, at our discretion. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly or seriously break the rules.
Don't misuse the app: no spam, scraping, reverse engineering, attempts to break security, impersonation, or interference with other people's use. Don't use Find Food! to harass anyone or to post another person's private information.
The map is provided using Google Maps, subject to Google's terms. Restaurant names and details in the app are entered by users, not sourced from third-party databases. Any external links you add or open are your responsibility.
We work hard to keep Find Food! accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that listings are correct, that a place is still open, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Use your own judgement, especially regarding allergies, dietary needs and food safety.
To the extent permitted by law, IbiPoint isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, or from content posted by other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy → Delete account. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them.
